With over 24 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a warm, compassionate, and eclectic approach to therapy. My work is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, brainspotting, as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy. I recognize that each client is unique, and I tailor every treatment plan to suit your individual needs and goals. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment, I strive to foster meaningful connections that allow you to explore your challenges and embrace your inner strength.
